Start Dates 2012: 1st Coleraine Company

The 1st Coleraine Company Boys' Brigade will begin with a registration night on Thursday 13th September from 6.15pm to 8.30pm at St Patrick's Parish Centre. Sections will begin to meet from Thursday 20th September...

  • Anchor Boys 6.15pm to 7.15pm. Arriving via Minor Hall side door (Circular Road) and leaving via Main Hall front door (Brook Street)
  • Junior Section 6.45pm – 8.00pm Arrive and Leave via Main Hall front door (Brook Street)
  • Company Section Arrive via Minor Hall side door (Circular Road) and leaving via Main Hall front door (Brook Street)

    Junior Section Update

    Spring Competition Junior Challenge 2010 BATTALION HEAT The 2010 Junior Challenge competition will be held on Saturday 6 March 2010 in 1st Macosquin at 2.00pm. Companies may enter 1 team of 4 boys accompanied by at least 1 officer. The officer will supervise one of the challenges. Boys should wear their blue BB polo shirts and shorts along with trainers/gym shoes. Full details of event were published in Junior Section Newsletter January 2010. Congratulations Congratulations to 1st Kilrea the winners of the Junior Section 5-a-side competition and runners-up 1st Garvagh. Also, at the Figure Marching the winners were 1st Macosquin and runners up were 5th Coleraine. The Leading Boy was from 1st Kilrea Company.     Reception by the Mayor of Coleraine

    On Thursday 26th February the Mayor of Coleraine Borough Council will hold a reception for the Coleraine and District Battalion in honour of the 125th Anniversary of the Boys' Brigade . Arrangements: Boys and Officers in full uniform are asked to meet at the Cloonavin Council Offices, Portstewart Road ( click here for map ) no later than 7pm and refreshments will be served. Companies are permitted to send a party of five, at least one Officer and hopefully at least one boy from each section. The evening will last approximately 11/2 hours.
